LOS ANGELES (Nov. 28, 2024) — Alfred Coffee in Los Angeles is well known among LA locals for its green and black color styling alongside a unique menu. The coffee chain has stores located all over the city and is known for a wide variety of food and drink options.
The menu features a wide variety of drink options and often contains seasonal beverages as well. Alfred is also a cashless location so be prepared to use a credit card or mobile wallet to pay. I utilized Apple Pay, and it worked just fine. However, the menu pricing is more on the expensive end compared to other coffee shops I have been to in Los Angeles.
In addition to coffee, Alfred sells merchandise and coffee syrups to recreate the Alfred experience at home. The wide variety of merch means that any Alfred customer can find what exactly they are looking for.
The grab-and-go section was stocked with various items that customers could grab if they were in a rush and had to be somewhere quickly.
The pastry case from Alfred featured classic coffee shop items as well as unique offerings like the matcha croissant.
Service time was quick when receiving a drink and food item. I ordered the matcha croissant and pumpkin cream cold brew. Both items were delicious and I would order again.
