MGM Rewards features new updates and additional perks for loyalty.
MGM Rewards is changing for all members with the announcement of Milestone Rewards designed to give more benefits between reward tiers, expand matching rewards benefits with Marriott Bonvoy, increasing benefits at sea with Royal Caribbean, launching an eGift card, and a new credit card.

We listened to feedback from our members and wanted to recognize and reward guests’ advancements throughout every level which is our central focus in delivering a best-in-class loyalty experience.”
Marriott Bonvoy Tier Matching Status

MGM Rewards members who are Pearl members now match to Marriott Bonvoy Silver Elite status. Members who have Gold or Platinum status will match into Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite status. NOIR members will match into the highest Marriott tier Ambassador Elite.
Tier match benefits vary per status with MGM Rewards but may include priority late checkout, room upgrades, welcome gifts, and much more.
Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruises Access

Platinum and NOIR members receive access to benefits from their annual cruise benefit such as upgraded stateroom types, a large variety of itineraries, and longer vacation options.
Additionally, this benefit has been expanded to include Gold members who will also receive the annual cruise benefit.
When sailing on an MGM Rewards loyalty offer, certificate offer, or group cruise, all members will receive a new onboard free play benefit when sailing with Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruises.
Milestone Rewards

MGM Rewards members now earn Milestone Rewards between tier status achievements. Members can earn up to 25,000 tier credits to be carried over to the 2026 tier credit year by achieving the following milestones. 50,000 tier credits in 2025 carries over 7,500 tier credits into 2026. 125,000 tier credits in 2025 carries over 17,500 tier credits into 2026.
When achieving status Gold members receive a $100 tier credit, Platinum members receive $200 tier credit and $600 air travel credit, NOIR members receive $500 tier credit and $1200 air travel credit.
eGift Card

The new MGM Rewards eGift card offers access to over 20 MGM destinations across the United States. The eGift card is redeemable at retail locations, restaurants, bars, spas, and can be applied towards room nights for hotel stays at MGM properties.
MGM Rewards is expected to announce additional changes to the program such as a new credit card for members to earn even more rewards.
